Chef de Partie

The Bottle Room Limited T/A The Revolution based in 10 Terenure Road, Rathgar, Dublin 6, D06 P603, is seeking for 1 Chef De Partie. Main duties includes: Plans menus, prepares, seasons and cooks foodstuffs or oversees their preparation and monitors the quality of finished dishes, supervises, organises and instruct kitchen staff and manages the whole kitchen or an area of the kitchen. Ensures relevant hygiene and health safety standards are maintained within the kitchen. Plans and co-ordinates kitchen work such as fetching, clearing and cleaning of equipment and utensils. 2 years experience requires Contract type: 24 Months permanent full-time 39 hours per week/Salary €34000 annually or €16.77 per hour Apply via email: paul@therevolution.ie
