Operations Manager

Dictamin Limited T/A Super Valu Ratoath seeking 1 Operations Manager Job Description: Responsible for managing and optimising the daily operations of the store, including staff supervision, stock control, financial performance, and compliance, while supporting the Area Operations Manager to ensure efficient operations, profitability, and high standards of customer service. Key Responsibilities: -Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth running of the business -Supervise, train, and support staff, including performance management -Monitor sales, margins, costs, and achieve agreed targets -Assist with budgeting, financial control, and performance analysis -Maintain stock control and implement effective merchandising strategies -Ensure compliance with Food Safety, Health & Safety, and employment legislation -Track and improve KPIs and operational performance -Promote teamwork and a positive working environment -Conduct regular team meetings and staff training -Handle incidents, reports, and ensure proper documentation -Support audits and ensure high operational standards -Carry out additional duties as required 39 Hours per week €18.05 Per hour Salary €36605 per annual Permanent full time 24 months contract
