Horticulture Operative - 5 positions

The successful candidate will work as part of a team on day to day activities from preparation of raw materials for the production of mushroom substrate through to dispatch of finished product. On the job training in standard operating procedures and other training as required by legislation will be provided. Standard working hours are 39 hours per week and overtime may be required from time to time, Some flexibility on days/hours may be necessary to meet the needs of the business. Need to be able to work on own initiative or as part of a team. May be required to work across all areas of the production facility.
