Main duties: · Strategic Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams (Sales, Supply Chain, and Customer Service) to align workflows with business objectives. · Revenue & KPI Analysis: Drive growth by analyzing sales data, forecasting trends, and monitoring key performance indicators. · Supply & Inventory Optimization: Oversee stock control and inventory management to ensure product availability and operational efficiency. · Process Excellence (SOPs): Develop and implement SOPs that ensure high standards of quality control and a seamless customer experience. · CRM & Systems Governance: Manage the sales database and tech stack to maintain data integrity and streamline team productivity. · Performance & Satisfaction: Act as the liaison between internal departments to ensure deal accuracy, brand consistency, and high customer satisfaction. Contract type: 24 months 39 hours per week / Annual salary 36,605.00/ 18.04 per hour
