Cafe Manager

Jamaica Coffee Co Ltd, 11/14 Fenian Street, Dublin 2 (trading as Il Caffe di Napoli) is currently seeking a dedicated Café Manager for Il Caffe di Napoli located at 41 Westland Row Dublin 2. Main duties: · Recruiting, training, and supervising café staff, including baristas, kitchen staff, and servers. · Creating staff schedules and ensuring adequate coverage during shifts. · Motivating the team and managing performance, including handling conflicts or disciplinary issues. · Ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining high customer satisfaction. · Handling customer complaints or special requests professionally. · Managing daily cash flow, banking, and reconciliation. · Monitoring budgets, controlling costs, and tracking sales and profitability. · Ordering supplies and managing inventory to avoid shortages or wastage. · Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, food hygiene standards, and licensing laws. · Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the café. · Monitoring product quality and consistency. · Introducing new products based on trends or customer feedback. Contract type: 24 months 39 hours per week / Annual salary 36,605 / 18.05 per hour.
