Head Chef

Matsukawa Limited, based at 8 Queen Street, Smithfield, Dublin 7, Ireland, is seeking to recruit 1 Head Chef. Main Duties: Plan menus and oversee the preparation, seasoning, and cooking of food. Ensure the quality and presentation of all finished dishes. Supervise, organise, and instruct kitchen staff. Manage the overall kitchen operations or a specific section of the kitchen. Ensure all hygiene, health, and safety standards are strictly maintained. Coordinate kitchen activities, including cleaning, maintenance, and proper use of equipment and utensils Requirements: Minimum of 5 years’ professional experience. Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Sushi Chef. Contract Type: Full-time, permanent (24 months minimum). Working Hours: 40 hours per week. Salary: €38,000 per annum.
