Dr Niamh Molloy T/A Drumcondra Village Dental based in 159 Drumcondra Road Lower, D09 ND86 is seeking for 1 Dental Marketing & Communications Manager. The role focuses on digital marketing, brand development, patient engagement campaigns, and reputation management to support sustainable business growth and patient acquisition. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing marketing initiatives across digital platforms, managing advertising campaigns, supporting patient education through structured communications, and enhancing the practice's public profile and online presence. Key responsibilities include developing and managing digital marketing campaigns, overseeing social media and online advertising strategies, coordinating patient communication initiatives related to treatment awareness and education, monitoring campaign performance and marketing analytics, and supporting the practice's brand development and reputation management. The role also involves collaborating with the clinical and administrative teams to ensure clear and effective communication with patients regarding treatment options and services, helping to improve patient understanding and engagement throughout the treatment journey. The candidate must have: • Proven experience in marketing, communications, and dental or healthcare business environments • Strong skills in digital marketing, advertising campaigns, and brand development • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced professional environment • Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a team setting • Professional ethics and empathy in patient-focused communications • Motivation and initiative to contribute to business growth through strategic marketing initiatives and reputation management • Any previous experience within a dental practice or the dental sector would be considered an advantage.
