Painter and Decorator

Light View Limited based in Top Floor, Lusk, Dublin, is seeking for 1 Painter and Decorator Main duties: - Preparing interior and exterior surfaces for painting, including sanding, filling, cleaning and priming as required. - Applying paint, varnish and specialist coatings using brushes, rollers and spray equipment. - Mixing and matching colours to achieve the desired finish according to job specifications. - Carrying out repainting and decorative works on walls, ceilings, doors, frames and woodwork. - Measuring and applying wallpaper and other decorative finishes where required. - Performing general maintenance and touch-up works to maintain high presentation standards. - Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard, maintaining safe working practices and protecting surrounding areas.
