Production Planner (Seafood Manufacturing)

Kerry Fish Trawlers Ltd seeking 1 Production Planner (Seafood Manufacturing) Job Description: The Production Planner in a seafood manufacturing environment will be responsible for coordinating, scheduling, and optimizing the production process in a fish factory to ensure timely, efficient, and high-quality output while managing inventory, raw materials, and resources in line with customer demand and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities: -Develop and maintain production schedules to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets. -Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and production teams to ensure raw material availability. -Monitor production workflow, identify bottlenecks, and adjust plans to maximize efficiency. -Track inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods to prevent shortages or overstock. -Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards throughout production. -Communicate production plans and changes effectively with team leaders and factory staff. -Analyze production data to forecast demand, plan capacity, and optimize resources. -Collaborate with logistics and distribution teams to align production with delivery schedules. -Maintain accurate production records and reports for management review.
