: General Manager – Ayurveda Rejuvenation Centre

Role Overview: The General Manager to oversee the overall operation, strategic planning, and growth of the Arunachala Ayurveda Rejuvenation Centre (www.arunachala.ie). They ensure the delivery of high-quality Ayurvedic treatments, foster excellent customer service, manage staff, and drive business development to achieve financial and operational goals. Key Responsibilities: •Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the centre’s services and client base. •Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth functioning of all departments including therapies, reception, finance, and administration. •Maintain high standards of Ayurveda treatment procedures, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. •Manage staff, therapists, and administrative personnel. •Monitor financial performance, budgeting, and cost control measures. •Promote the centre’s services through marketing initiatives and community engagement. •Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction to foster repeat business and positive reviews. •Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in Ayurveda and Wellbeing industry. •Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, healthcare professionals, and partners. •Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are upheld at all times. Qualifications & Skills: •Experience in managing wellness, hospitals, care centres, preferably Ayurveda or similar holistic practices, and a genuine interest in complimentary means of wellbeing. •Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. •Knowledge of Ayurvedic treatments, protocols, and industry standards preferable/ interest •Financial acumen and experience with budgeting and financial management. •Customer-focused approach with excellent interpersonal skills. •A love of an enquiry into, how to feel happy and healthy.
