Meath Farm Machinery was founded 40 years ago this year, in 1979, by Peter Timmons and has operated from its base at Kilberry Cross, Navan Co. Meath since then. The business has recently passed to Peter’s son Ian who now acts as managing director. In more recent times Meath farm machinery has expanded and now operates a second branch at Poles on the outskirts of Cavan town. The business currently employs over 40 full time staff with the majority of these based at our headquarters in Kilberry. We pride ourselves in employing young people from our local areas and investing in them to turn them into highly skilled professionals. As our business has grown it has also allowed us to offer our staff career progression within the business with supervisor and management roles.
