Organic Horticulture Farm Assistant

McNally Family Farm are seeking a passionate and dedicated Farm Team Member to join our organic horticulture farm, growing a wide range of salads & vegetables in polytunnels and outdoors and selling direct to customers via our farm shop and market stalls. Role Overview - Full-time, permanent position, 40 hours/week, February start. What You'll Be Doing - Tunnel Work(hand planting & harvesting salad leaves, clearing tunnels, tunnel crop maintenance), Outdoor work (hand weeding, planting, harvesting), Working both independently and alongside our team in collaborative settings, Helping to maintain our farm's infrastructure and equipment, Option to attend markets as a days work.
