Progressive dairy farm based in Ballynoe, Conna, Co. Cork is seeking a full-time Dairy Farm Manager to oversee a 500-cow herd. Key Responsibilities: Day-to-day management of a 500-cow dairy operation Grassland management and grazing planning Animal health, breeding, and welfare Machinery operation and general farm duties Staff supervision and organisation Requirements: Strong experience in dairy farming (management experience desirable) Good knowledge of grass-based systems Ability to work independently and take initiative Reliable, organised, and good communicator What We Offer: Competitive salary (depending on experience) Accommodation can be provided Modern, well-run farm Rostered Time off
