Senior Managing Farm Partner - Near Dumfries, Scotland

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Senior Managing Farm Partner to take on a leadership role on a new dairy joining Farming Partners. This is a senior, hands-on managing partner role, with responsibility for day-to-day leadership, leading and supporting people on site, delivering performance against agreed KPIs, and working in partnership with landowners and the wider Farming Partners team. This role is at Third Farm, which is being converted to the grassland dairy system with new parlor and infrastructure, and will be operational for calving 2027 with a target herd of 600 cows. This role involves working alongside us during the conversion, helping establish the operation, with the clear goal of developing Third into a world-class operation, and taking a long-term ownership stake in the Third Farm business.
