Digital Marketing Manager

Alfa Electrical LTD is looking for 1 candidate for a Digital Marketing Associate.

Main duties include:
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and growth targets.
- Create, manage, and optimise digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and performance monitoring to identify trends and new business opportunities.
- Manage and maintain the company website, ensuring content is accurate, current, and optimised for user experience and search engines.
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to support lead generation, customer engagement, retention, and -promotional activities.
- Create and oversee digital content including blogs, case studies, social media content, videos, and promotional materials.
- Monitor website traffic, campaign performance, and conversion metrics using Google Analytics and other reporting tools.
- Prepare regular reports on marketing performance and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Manage the company's social media presence and maintain brand consistency across all digital channels.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop lead generation initiatives and support overall business development objectives.

39 hours per week
Salary: €36,605 annually
Hourly Rate: €18.05 per hour
