ICT Support Technician

Tractamotors (blanchardstown) Ltd, Main Street Blanchardstown Dublin 15 D15AX2N Is seeking for 1 ICT Support Technician.

*Job Description:*

The IT Support Technician will be responsible for installing, configuring, maintaining and troubleshooting the company's computer systems, software applications and network infrastructure, ensuring the secure, reliable and efficient operation of ICT systems while providing technical support and resolving system-related issues.

*Key Responsibilities:*

1. Diagnose and resolve technical issues involving computer hardware, software, operating systems and network connectivity.
2. Install, configure, test and maintain computer systems, software applications and associated ICT equipment.
3. Monitor ICT system performance, maintain network configurations, user access permissions and security settings.
4. Investigate system faults, perform routine system maintenance and support data backup and recovery procedures.

*Job Requirements:*

A qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field is desirable. Good knowledge of computer hardware, software, operating systems, networking and ICT security is required. Strong technical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Contract type: 24 Months / Permanent full-time
39 hours per week / Annual Salary: €36700 / €18.10 per hour
