Farm Managers - HJC Milling Limited

HJC Milling Limited is currently seeking to recruit 2 Farm Managers to work full time in Garshuey, Newtowncunningham, Donegal, F93 R6C6, Ireland. The successful candidates will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the animal production farm, ensuring their health and welfare, while maintaining high standards of biosecurity, productivity, and animal welfare. The role includes supervising farm staff, managing feeding and environmental systems, monitoring flock performance, maintaining accurate production records, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and coordinating with management to achieve production targets efficiently. Work on your own initiative and as part of a team. Meet production targets. Will be required to work across all areas of the farm. Physical roles include lifting and standing.
