Roll the Vice Dundrum Limited T/A Vice Pizza & Wing Shop Dundrum seeking 1 Baker
Main Function of the Job:
To prepare, bake and finish fresh dough-based products and other baked items in accordance with the company’s recipes and quality standards, while supporting the efficient day-to-day operation of the kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:
-Prepare and mix dough using established recipes and methods.
-Shape, portion, proof and bake dough-based products.
-Monitor baking times, temperatures and product quality.
-Prepare ingredients required for daily production.
-Maintain consistent presentation and portion standards.
-Follow food safety, hygiene and cleaning procedures.
-Maintain a clean and organised baking and preparation area.
-Monitor ingredients and assist with stock rotation.
-Work with the kitchen team to complete daily production requirements.

2 years experience requires
€18.05 per hour
39 hours per week / Salary €36605 annually
Permanent full time 24 months contract
