Daffodil Care Services Unlimited Company require 10 Support Workers to join their team at Daffodil House, Market Street, Thomastown, Co. Kilkenny, R95 K286 & Daffodil Care Services Unlimited Company, Gorey, Co. Wexford. Requirements: - Proven experience as a Support Worker. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following; - Advising on rights and entitlements in relation to benefits, health, discrimination and welfare. - Assist and liaise with professionals in social work, the probation service, and related welfare areas - Organising day, residential, and home care services. - Keeping up to date with legislation. - Perform pastoral care duties.
