Jma Fitness (Cork) Limited, T/A Educogym Cork is currently seeking 1 Nutrition & Wellness Business Development Manager to work at 110 St. Patrick’s Woollen Mills, Douglas, T12C90W JMA Fitness (Cork) Limited, trading as Educogym Cork, is seeking a Nutrition & Wellness Business Development Manager to support the growth and development of its structured health and wellness programmes. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and enhancing member transformation programmes, coordinating client onboarding and engagement, delivering evidence-based non-clinical nutrition and lifestyle guidance, monitoring programme performance and member progress, supporting business development initiatives, improving customer retention, and working collaboratively with the team to expand the company's wellness services while achieving business and client engagement objectives. Essential Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or a related health or wellness discipline. * Previous professional experience in nutrition, wellness, health promotion, lifestyle management, or business development within the health and fitness sector. * Experience in designing, implementing, and coordinating wellness programmes while monitoring client engagement and programme outcomes. * Strong understanding of evidence-based, non-clinical nutrition and lifestyle education. * Excellent communication, organisational, customer relationship management, and business development skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team while achieving business growth and client engagement targets. Contract type: 24 months 39 hours per week / Annual salary 36605 / 18.05 per hour.
