Trionview Ltd, registered at 18/19 Parnell Square, Dublin 1, D01 T3V8, is seeking 1 Chef de Partie for their restaurant Osteria Lucio, located at The Malting Tower, Grand Canal Quay, Dublin 2, D02 DW90 Main Duties: Plan menus, prepare, season, and cook food, or oversee food preparation, ensuring high quality of finished dishes. Supervise, organise, and instruct kitchen staff, managing the kitchen or a specific area within it. Maintain relevant hygiene, health, and safety standards within the kitchen. Plan and coordinate kitchen work, including fetching, clearing, and cleaning of equipment and utensils. Requirements: Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role 39 hours per week Salary: €34,000 per year
