Inishowen Mushrooms Limited seeking 2 Mushroom Operative Job Description: A Mushroom Operative is responsible for assisting in the cultivation, harvesting, grading, and packing of mushrooms while maintaining hygiene, quality standards, and efficient production within a mushroom growing facility. Key Responsibilities: -Harvest mushrooms carefully according to size and quality standards -Grade and sort mushrooms for packing and distribution -Pack mushrooms into containers following company guidelines -Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in growing and packing areas -Monitor mushroom beds and report any issues or contamination -Assist with watering, feeding, and general crop maintenance -Follow health and safety procedures at all times -Work efficiently to meet daily production targets Full time position Permanent 24 Months 39 Hours per week. Salary €32,691 annually €16.12 per hour
