Business Operations Analyst

MFR Service Station Ltd is seeking a Business Operations Analyst to work at TEXACO Westside Service Station, Model Farm Road, Cork, T12VXT1.

Role Summary

The Business Operations Analyst will support management by analysing sales, inventory and operational data to improve business performance, support decision-making, and enhance operational efficiency. The role will involve reporting, inventory planning, KPI monitoring, business systems analysis, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse sales, inventory and operational data to identify trends and support business decision-making.
• Prepare management reports covering sales performance, inventory management and operational KPIs.
• Support demand forecasting, stock planning and inventory optimisation through data analysis.
• Maintain data accuracy across POS, inventory and business information systems and investigate discrepancies.
• Develop KPI reporting processes and recommend operational and process improvements.
• Support management with business planning, forecasting and performance evaluation through analytical reporting.

Annual Salary: €37,000
Hourly Rate: €18.24 per Hour
