Sorcha Homes Ltd requires 5 Direct Support Workers to join their team in 2 Kennedy Road, Navan, Meath, Ireland. Requirements: Proven experience as a Support Worker. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following; - Advising on rights and entitlements in relation to benefits, health, discrimination and welfare. - Assist and liaise with professionals in social work, the probation service, and related welfare areas - Organising day, residential, and care services. - Keeping up to date with legislation. - Perform pastoral care duties.
