Sustainability & Environmental Coordinator

Rosapenna Hotel Managment Limited - Rosapenna Downings Co. Donegal F92 PN73 Is seeking for 1 Sustainability & Environmental Coordinator. Main duties: · Water management: Monitoring and optimising water usage for the golf course, landscaping, and hotel facilities. · Energy efficiency: Implementing energy-saving measures across guest rooms, kitchens, and clubhouses. · Waste management: Overseeing recycling, composting, and responsible disposal of golf course and hotel waste. · Eco-friendly landscaping: Ensuring sustainable turf and landscape management, using environmentally safe fertilizers and pesticides. · Sustainable procurement: Sourcing environmentally friendly products for food and beverage, housekeeping, and maintenance. · Biodiversity and habitat management: Supporting initiatives to preserve local flora and fauna on the hotel property or golf course. Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Environmental Management, Ecology, or a related field.
