Uppercross Enterprises Limited (UEL) is a successful, family-run business. They have been leaders in the supply of high-quality plumbing fittings and heating products through the Irish Builders' Merchant, Wholesale Plumbing, and Bathroom Showroom channels since 1983. They have also been building their network in agricultural co-ops through their reputation for quality and professionalism. They introducing a fantastic product range for agri, rural, horticultural and irrigation piping that has the potential to capture a large part of the market. One major player set the price point for this product. However, you will be able to disrupt the industry with a similar quality product at a much lower cost to the end user. What is essential for this role is an understanding of agriculture in Ireland. You will have a connection to dairy or crops and be comfortable approaching farmers, agri buyers and specifiers to discuss their needs for water fittings. In addition, you'll have the commercial confidence to build up a relationship with agri co-op stores and gain floor space for this product in-store. Other markets for the product range include horticulture and sports grounds. A generous guaranteed salary is on offer with a commission that will only be limited by the sales you create for this product range. You'll also be given a fully expensed commercial Jeep for making sales visits, as 90% of this job will be on the road.
