Seeking an experienced and keen Dairy Farm Coordinator to join our expanding farming team. Excellent opportunity to advance one’s agriculture and dairy industry skillset. The Farm offers modern facilities, rotary parlour, cow housing, Drafting, etc, the farm is currently expanding its herd from 400 cows, and is looking for the a successful candidate to fit in and work with the existing team Responsibilities The successful candidate , (depending on capabilities) will work with the farm owner and colleagues, they will be required to work well within a team environment and support colleagues where necessary. Looking for a person that will use their own initiative to improve and maintain standards on the farm. Main Duties Making daily decisions required for the smooth and efficient running of the farm. Responsible for the daily performance of the farm and keeping abreast of the developments within the agriculture industry. Take a hands-on approach to management, problem solving and daily tasks. Have a flexible and reliable attitude with a wiliness to support co workers and operations when necessary. Maintain and input high health and safety standards. Experience and Qualifications • Knowledge and experience in Dairy/Farm /People management area preferrable. Wiliness to learn to develop these skills also welcomed. Other Significant Role Requirements: • Full Driving licence.
