Dairy Farm Assistant Wante

Westmount Farming Ltd require a Dairy Farm Assistant for their 220 cow spring calving herd. The farm has good facilities that include a modern Milking Parlour with ACRs, Autowash etc. Main duties: milking and feeding stock, calf rearing, milk quality control and farm yard maintenance, general animal husbandry, tractor/machinery work The successful candidate should have 1. At least 1 years experience in dairy farming. 2. Must have the ability and willingness to learn quickly, with good work ethics. 3. Must be able to drive a tractor. 4. Able to understand and speak English language. Nice to have: AI skills, hoof pairing, general maintenance skills (either machinery, carpentry, machinery etc).
