Ballylarkin Dairies is a progressive family-run dairy located in Freshford, Co.Kilkenny. We milk approximately 260 cows using modern farming practices and are seeking a reliable and motivated Dairy Farm Assistant to join our team.

Main Duties
• Milking cows
• Animal health and welfare
• Calf rearing
• Feeding livestock
• Fencing and general farm maintenance
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Any other farm duties appropriate to the role

Essential Requirements
• Previous dairy farming experience
• Good understanding of livestock handling and welfare
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good level of spoken and written English
• Full driving licence preferred but not essential
