Key Responsibilities -Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities to support the company's commercial growth and market expansion. -Develop and implement business development strategies to strengthen market competitiveness and achieve sales objectives. -Conduct market research and analyse sales performance, customer trends, and business opportunities to support strategic decision-making. -Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with clients, suppliers, and key stakeholders to support long-term business development. -Collaborate with the sales, marketing, customer service, and operations teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and maximise commercial performance. -Monitor sales performance and key business indicators, preparing reports and recommendations to improve operational efficiency and revenue growth. -Assist in the development and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve business processes and enhance the customer experience. -Support CRM management by maintaining accurate customer and sales records and ensuring effective use of business systems. -Identify opportunities to improve operational processes, customer satisfaction, and overall business performance. -Prepare business proposals, presentations, and commercial recommendations to support business expansion initiatives. Contract type: 24 months 39 hours per week / Annual salary €36,605.00/ €18.04 per hour
