NVD Trading Limited, is currently seeking 1 Panel Beater to work at National Vehicle Distribution, Churchtown, Kilrane, Rosslare Harbour, Co Wexford Y35PR99 Key Responsibilities: * Strip & Refit: Efficiently dismantle and reassemble vehicle body parts, interior trim, and mechanical components to gain repair access. * Panel Repair & Replacement: Diagnose damage severity to either repair or completely replace bolt-on and welded panels. * Cosmetic & Structural Repairs: Handle everything from minor cosmetic work (light filler, bumper, and plastic repairs) to heavy structural reshaping. * Chassis Alignment & Jig Work: Utilize pulling frames and precision chassis alignment jigs to restore severely damaged vehicle structures to factory specifications. * Welding & Fabrication: Perform high-quality MIG/MAG steel welding and spot welding to ensure structural integrity. * Surface Prep: Sand, file, and fill panels flawlessly to prepare them for priming and painting. * Advanced Repair Techniques: Utilize specialized dent-pulling, plastic welding, and glue-pulling equipment. * Quality Assurance & Safety: Conduct thorough post-repair inspections, ensuring perfect panel gaps, proper alignment, and full compliance with manufacturer safety standards. * Digital Documentation: Use basic workshop computer systems to log repair methods, track parts, and update job progress. Requirements: * Proven experience in panel beating. * Exceptional attention to detail and an absolute commitment to excellence. * Basic computer literacy and a willingness to learn new technologies. * A full, clean Class B driving licence. Contract type: 24 months 39 hours per week / Annual salary 45,726 / 22.54 per hour.
