Direct Support Workers - Sorcha Homes Ltd

Sorcha Homes Ltd require five Direct Support Workers to join their team in 2 Kennedy Road, Navan, Co. Meath, Ireland. The successful candidate will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centred support, assisting service users to maintain independence, dignity, and overall wellbeing. You will work as part of a team to ensure a safe, supportive, and respectful environment. Duties will include: - Provide day-to-day care and support to service users - Assist with daily living activities, including meals, personal hygiene, and mobility - Support individuals to maintain independence and participate in community activities - Follow individual care plans and support strategies - Maintain accurate records and documentation - Work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team - Ensure a safe and supportive environment at all times - Adhere to safeguarding, health & safety, and organisational policies Requirements: Proven experience in support work. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
