The role involves assisting clients with daily activities, promoting independence, and ensuring a high standard of care. Key Responsibilities: Provide support with daily living activities, including personal care and mobility. Assist in the development and implementation of care plans. Promote social inclusion and encourage community involvement. Maintain accurate records of care provided.
