Pharmaceutical Technician

Peerview Limited T/A Murray's Pharmacy located in 56 Serpentine Avenue, Ballsbridge, Dublin 4, D04 DR40 is seeking to recruit a Pharmaceutical Technician to join our pharmacy team. Key Responsibilities Assist in the preparation and dispensing of prescriptions and medication orders under the supervision of a pharmacist. Support the day-to-day operation of the dispensary in accordance with pharmacy procedures and patient safety standards. Maintain accurate patient, prescription, and medication records while ensuring confidentiality. Operate pharmacy dispensing systems and support efficient workflow. Assist with stock management, inventory control, and expiry date monitoring. Liaise professionally with pharmacists, GPs, nurses, care home staff, and other healthcare professionals. Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and pharmacy regulations. Provide courteous assistance to patients and refer clinical or therapeutic queries to the supervising pharmacist. Maintain a clean, organised, and compliant pharmacy environment. Essential Requirements Relevant experience or qualifications in a related field Good communication and organisational skills.
