Accounting Technician - Chewbay Limited T/A Joule Ireland

Chewbay Limited T/A Joule Ireland requires an experienced Accounting Technician for full-time work at Unit 407 Northwest Business Park, Ballycoolin, Blanchardstown, D11 HD36, Dublin. The Accounting Technician will play a key role in supporting the finance department with day-to-day accounting operations. - Maintain accurate financial records for all transactions - Process invoices, credit notes, and journals using accounting software - Reconcile bank, supplier, and customer accounts monthly - Prepare and submit VAT, PAYE, and other Revenue returns on time - Assist in producing monthly management accounts and year-end financial statements - Support payroll processing and ensure accurate recording of payroll costs - Manage accounts payable and receivable, resolving queries promptly - Liaise with auditors and external stakeholders as required - Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and strengthen internal controls Other details; - Accounting Technician or related degree preferable - Experience in similar role - Proficient in using accounting software - Must be accurate, organised, and deadline-driven Minimum annual remuneration: €55,000 Standard working week 39 hours.
