Trinity Support and Care Services Ltd seeking 1 Residential Care Worker successful candidate will be Provide support, care, and supervision to individuals living in residential care settings, ensuring their safety, well-being, and personal development. Work collaboratively with a team to create a nurturing environment and help residents achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives. Key Responsibilities: Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal care and meal preparation. Provide emotional support and encouragement to promote independence. Develop and implement individual care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. Maintain a safe and supportive environment, managing any challenging behavior professionally. Document care activities, progress, and incidents accurately.
