Main Function of the job:
The Bi-Lingual Financial Analyst is responsible for analysing and interpreting financial data, supporting management in decision-making, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and facilitating communication with international clients through her fluency in English and Hindi

Key Responsibilities:
-Analyse financial statements, budgets, and performance metrics to provide actionable insights.
-Prepare accurate financial reports and forecasts for management review.
-Monitor budgets and identify areas for cost optimisation.
-Support strategic decision-making by providing financial analysis and recommendations.
-Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards.
-Liaise with international clients and stakeholders, translating financial information as needed.
-Assist in process improvements to enhance financial efficiency and reporting.
