Chef de Partie

Dotsview Limited T/A Sienna's, based at 9 Marine Court, Malahide, Co. Dublin, K36 TC61, is seeking 1 Chef de Partie.
Main duties includes:
- Plans menus, prepares, seasons and cooks foodstuffs or oversees their preparation and monitors the quality of finished dishes, supervises, organises and instruct kitchen staff and manages the whole kitchen or an area of the kitchen.
- Ensures relevant hygiene and health and safety standards are maintained within the kitchen.
- Plans and co-ordinates kitchen work such as fetching, clearing and cleaning of equipment and utensils.
Minimum 2 years’ experience required
Contract type: Permanent full-time
39 hours per week / €18.05 per hour / €36,605 gross annually
