Farm Managers - Western Brand Chicken Limited

Western Brand Chicken Limited is currently seeking to recruit 2 Farm Managers to work full time in Knock Road, Co. Mayo, Ballyhaunis, Mayo, Ireland. The successful candidates will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a poultry farm, ensuring the health and welfare of birds while maintaining high standards of biosecurity, productivity, and animal welfare. The role includes supervising farm staff, managing feeding and environmental systems, monitoring flock performance, maintaining accurate production records, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and coordinating with management to achieve production targets efficiently. Work on your own initiative and as part of a team. Meet production targets. Will be required to work across all areas of the farm. Physical roles include lifting and standing.
