Ashdale Care Ireland Ltd requires 10 Direct Support Workers to join their team in The Ridge, McGrath Rd, Drumillard Little, Castleblayney, Co. Monaghan, A75 WY97, Ireland. The successful candidate will provide care, support in a residential setting. Ideal candidate will promote safety, well-being, and personal development while fostering independence and positive relationships. Responsibilities of role include; - Support daily routines with residents such as meal preparation, hygiene and personal care skills. Encourage learning, life skills & social development - Maintain accurate records and communicate with supervisors, and managers. Strong communication & empathy skills - Ability to manage challenging behaviours - Ability to work within a team Other details: Minimum annual remuneration: €34,000. Standard working week 39 hours.
