Store Supervisor (Agri) – Full Time – Permanent – Kilkenny Summary: CREGG are currently recruiting a Store Supervisor (Agri) to join our client’s operations based in Kilkenny. As Store Supervisor you will play a key role in overseeing the daily operations of the store with a hands-on approach. Understanding of the Agri sector is a distinct advantage. Duties & Responsibilities: Assist in operations of farm shop including stocking, merchandising, and purchasing in conjunction with the existing team. Engage with portfolio of farmers to understand their past, present and future feed, fertiliser, spray, veterinary, or other farm input needs. Process orders for feed, fertiliser, veterinary/other products, co-ordinate delivery to farmer. Assist in quarterly stock takes. Proactively identify opportunities/new offerings for ongoing business development. Assist with debtor management and monthly cash collection. Assist in the grain intake when necessary. Skills & Experience: Strong written and oral skills as well as numeracy skills. Previous experience delivering excellent customer experience and driving sales in a similar setting is advantageous. Computer literate (MS Office), Excel, POS Knowledge of the Agri & Retail sectors is an advantage.
