Horticultural General Operative

All Fresh Wholesale Limited seeking 2 Horticultural General Operative Main Function: The main function of the role is to assist with the cultivation, maintenance, harvesting, grading, packing, and handling of horticultural produce while ensuring quality standards are met and supporting the efficient day-to-day operation of the horticultural site. Key Responsibilities: -Assist with planting, growing, and maintaining horticultural crops. -Harvest, sort, grade, and pack produce to the required quality standards. -Carry out routine crop care and general horticultural tasks. -Operate basic tools and equipment safely and efficiently. -Monitor the quality of produce and report any issues. -Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment. -Follow company procedures and health and safety guidelines. -Support general horticultural operations as required. 39 Hours per week Full Time Permanent 24 Months contract Salary €32691 per annual €16.12 per hour
