Financial and Accounting Technician required for Kerry Coaches

Kerry Coaches is seeking a Financial and Accounting Technician to maintain accurate accounting records and provide regular financial information to management.

Main duties:

Prepare regular profit and loss reports and maintain the supporting accounts and records.

Compile financial information and reports for management.

Review accounting records for discrepancies, investigating and correcting errors.

Monitor the accuracy and maintenance of the accounting system and records.

Check invoices and payments for accuracy and ensure they are processed on time.

Monitor outstanding customer balances and follow up overdue payments.

Liaise with the company’s accounting or financial professional as required.

Requirements:

Relevant experience in accounting, bookkeeping or financial reporting.

Ability to prepare and review accurate financial records and reports.

Experience using accounting software and spreadsheets.

Good attention to detail and the ability to investigate discrepancies.

Salary Based on a 39 hour week 36,605 to 45,000 per annum. 3 positions available.
