Dal Riada Language Centre Limited T/A Woodlands Academy seeking 1 Learning and Development Specialist Job Description: The Learning and Development Specialist will support the planning, coordination, monitoring, evaluation, and continuous improvement of structured learning and development programmes at Dublin Oak Academy, ensuring programme quality, consistency, and alignment with organisational standards and objectives. Key Responsibilities -Assist in the design and ongoing refinement of structured learning and development frameworks across Academy programmes. -Coordinate programme schedules, learning resources, documentation, and internal communications. -Monitor learner participation, engagement, and programme outcomes against agreed objectives. -Collect, review, and analyse feedback and performance data to support continuous improvement. -Prepare structured reports and maintain accurate records to support programme oversight and quality assurance. 39 Hours Per week €16.77 Per hour €34000 per annual Permanent full time 24 Months contract Apply Via Email: rclear@oakireland.org
