Chef de Partie

We are looking to fill a Chef de Partie role. You will be working on a busy restaurant/gastro pub. If you want to advance your career, up skill and learn to deal with high volume periods and work with fresh food, we'd love to hear from you. You will be working in a calm & trusting environment with on average 40 hours weekly roster. A minimum of 2 years of experience is required. Requirements for the role: Ability to work as part of a team while under pressure Possess a REAL passion for food Have an eye for detail in relation to food & towards cleanliness Applicants should be energetic & friendly in disposition, possess strong interpersonal skills Ability to legally work full time in Ireland Fluent English essential• Start date: 01/07/2026
