**FARM MANAGER REQUIRED** Farm manager required in Co Mayo in the west of Ireland. We are a growing dairy business that focuses on low cost milk production. We put big focus on growing and utilising high quality grass to turn in to high quality milk solids. We run a very simple & successful system with all focus on managing the grass & Cows, with all of the machinery work hired out to contractors Including, feeding in the winter, slurry, fertiliser, silage topping ect.. The successful candidate would be very motivated, have excellent attitude & communication skills. Prior experience in running a farm would be an advantage but not necessary, a willingness to learn is more important. All candidates are welcome but attitude is key. We offer an excellent salary depending on experience, accommodation if needed, excellent support from business owner, an opportunity to buy Cows or young stock with in the business for a share of the profits for the right person. You will be working in a fun and young team that enjoys grass based dairy farming.
