Progressive business, 100 + spring based herd. • 16 units BouMatic Gascoigne milking machine in a newly constructed parlour, with ACR’s and Batch feed system. • ‘Lely’ Automatic Calf feeder on holding. • Min. 2 years dairy farm experience. • Educational background in Agriculture. • Have a passion for animal health & welfare • Modern in their approach to farming, bringing new ideas and enhancing performance • A successful candidate will be able to demonstrate that they have the experience, skills, drive and commitment to run the operation successfully. They must have the ability to work on own initiative & liaise openly with employer • Have pride in his or her work. • Ability to commute/relocate: Contact will be made with those applicants that have suitable experience for the role advertised.
