West Cork. • A modern and progressive business, 100 + spring based herd. • 16 units BouMatic Gascoigne milking machine in a newly constructed parlor, with ACR’s and Batch feed system. • ‘Lely’ Automatic Calf feeder on holding. • Dry Farm, Fertile Soil Candidate Criteria: • Min. 2 years dairy farm experience. • Educational background in Agriculture. • Have a passion for animal health & welfare • Modern in their approach to farming, bringing new ideas and enhancing performance • A successful candidate will be able to demonstrate that they have the experience, skills, drive and commitment to run the operation successfully. They must have the ability to work on own initiative & liaise openly with employer • Have pride in his or her work. • Ability to commute/relocate: Successful candidate will have solid support from employer and from our Agricultural Consultant as needs require.
