Business Development Manager

We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Business Development Manager who thrives in a dynamic environment. The role will support the business strategy for Nature Positive Food Future growth with branded sales in ROI. The position will be based in the Republic of Ireland and will report to the Business Manager for Ireland. Manage and nurture the business relationship with distributors, understand their strategy and business operation. • Ensure distributors are aligned with Yara’s Nature Positive Food Future Strategy and are part of the journey. • Support distributors to sell the full portfolio of products including YaraVita and digital tools. • Communicate the Yara story via distributors marketing channels in written, verbal and digital communications. • Align with distributors to ensure all are aware of Yara’s commitment to reduce carbon footprint • Formulate and monitor sales plans covering the full product portfolio. • Accurate management of the order book. • Ensure that best agronomic advice is given to customers in collaboration with the Yara Agronomy team. • Liaise with Transport Management to ensure that logistics objectives are met. • Evaluate and report market intelligence on an ongoing basis. • Demonstrate innovation and develop improvement plans where needed
