Service Team

At Pearson Milking Technology we have been manufacturing and developing quality milking equipment for over 75 years in Athy, Co Kildare. Through ongoing research and development, we have expanded the product range to develop cutting edge technologies for both Irish and International markets. We now have 2 opportunities on our Service Team. This is a blended role that will involve working at our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Athy, Co. Kildare as well as working on some brilliant dairy farms in Ireland and internationally. The Role: Maintenance and repairs of existing Pearson Milking Technology products. Providing assistance to customers. Mechanical and software maintenance and upgrades. About You: Be a team player with the ability to work with people and give technical advice where required. Have a background in engineering, agriculture or the dairy industry would be an advantage. Be confident to work on own initiative as well as being a team player. Be flexible to work overtime and varied roles in different departments if required. Have good problem solving skills. Be organised and able to work well under pressure. Have excellent communication skills, both written and oral. Have good practical skills and be highly motivated. Training will be provided. Possess a full driving licence. Safe Pass Certification.
